Why is can't I see my team members on the Team Map?

Breezeworks tracks your team members by monitoring the location of their mobile devices. If you can't see your team members on your Team Map, you will want to make sure that they are sharing their location with Breezeworks. You can check their location sharing settings from their mobile devices by following the instructions below. 

Android

• Tap on your Settings.
• Tap on Apps.
• Scroll down to Breezeworks and then tap on it.
• Tap on Permissions.
• Then, tap on the switch next Location.

iPhone

• Tap on Settings. 
• Scroll down to Breezeworks and then tap on it.
• Tap on Location and make sure you are allowing Breezeworks to access your location Always.
