How do I link my Google calendar and how does the functionality work?

If you currently manage your work calendar with Google Calendar, calendar link can help get you up and running faster by showing those events on the schedule alongside your Breezeworks jobs.  Keep in mind, this link is just an overlay of your Google Calendar events.  What this means is there is no continuous sync back and forth between your two schedules (specifically, your scheduled jobs on Breezeworks will not show up on your Google Calendar).  You can create a Breezeworks job from a linked calendar event by tapping on it within the Breezeworks schedule.  

You can link your Google calendar by following the below instructions:

  1. On your schedule page, select and turn on the Calendar Link button
  2. Make sure you are logged out of all your Google accounts and logged into the account you want to link with Breezeworks
  3. Tap the switch to turn on Calendar Link. Then, you can select the calendars that you'd like to see in Breezeworks.
