How do I set a customer's preferred notification method from the Android app?

Select Customers, then select the Customer notification method you'd like to edit.  Tap the Pencil button to edit and scroll down to the Preferred notification method.

The next time you schedule a job with your customer or update a  job with your customer they'll be notified based on the customer notification method of their choice.
