[NEW] Breezeworks Automations Feature

You can send fully customizable email and text campaigns directly from your Breezeworks account. Send seasonal greetings to your whole customer list or any portion of it. This feature can also be used to send customer review requests and marketing emails.

To create an email or text automation click on Automations in the left menu bar.

• Then click + New Automation in the upper right corner of your screen. 
• Title your automation and choose whether you’d like to send a text or email message.
• Create the message you’d like to send. You can include images or links.
• Add filters to dictate who will receive your message.
• When you’re ready, click Save and send. If you’re not ready to send yet, tap the arrow next to the button and you can save your message for later.
• If you tapped Save and send, you’ll see an option to preview your message and then you can send it on its way!
